There may come a time where you are unable to access your 2FA device. Your phone could be lost, broken, or even stolen. In such cases, you will be unable to access your account until you have reset your 2FA preferences. In the interest of security, the only way to do this is by contacting our customer support team. When our representative responds to your request, you should be prepared to verify your identity. At the bare minimum you will need some form of valid government issued identification like a driver's license or a passport. There may be additional requirements at the time of which the customer support representative will inform you.
Please remember that these additional measures are taking the place of the increased security provided by two-factor authentication. We understand that you require access to your account as quickly as possible but we believe any inconvenience is offset by our devotion to your security.
